ALCER CASTALIA
ALCER Castalia is a provincial non-profit association, declared of Public Utility, which since 1981 fights to improve the quality of life of people with kidney disease and their families, improve their adaptation to the disease and treatments, prevent and raise awareness of chronic renal failure and raise awareness in society about the importance of organ donation.
We currently have around 300 members, although we provide our services to more than 1,500 people with kidney disease and their families in our headquarters, in their homes and in the 6 dialysis centres in our province, and 12 in the province of Valencia that we visit on a regular basis.
Para llevar a cabo todo nuestro trabajo de forma organizada, ALCER Castalia cuenta actualmente con un equipo de doce profesionales: dos psicólogos, dos trabajadores sociales, dos nutricionistas, una enfermera, un técnico socio-sanitario, tres administradores de transporte y un gerente, así como el Consejo de Administración y los voluntarios. Juntos hacemos posible la ejecución de las diferentes acciones, enmarcadas en sus respectivos programas.
